PWG Christmas Luncheon; Benefiting Open Hands Open Hearts
Every year the wonderful team at PWG and Engaged, A Wedding Library put together a Christmas luncheon for local wedding and event professionals. It is a great opportunity for us to get together and relax for a few hours during the holiday rush! Each year they pick a local charity that we all support. This year they chose a member of the PWG family whose daughter, Kayla, was diagnosed with childhood cancer. As a result Kayla has started an organization called, Open Hands Overflowing Hearts, to raise money for childhood cancer research. Visit her website to learn more about her amazing journey!
We all had an amazing time at the beautiful Aldridge Gardens. Amanda Baker is always so welcoming and eager to make each event amazing! The Gallery Room, pictured below, is an ideal location for intimate gatherings, social or corporate.
Katie at Engaged, asked us to help with linens and we jumped at the chance, because we love Katie so much! She wanted to use a color palette of cream, gold and green so we got to work picking out linens. Our Dupioni linens are a favorite with our clients, so we decided to use those paired with our newest selection of runners, Allure.
Kathy G and company put together a delicious lunch for us all to enjoy. Starting with a yummy salad, followed by Chicken Picatta, green beens and mashed potatoes.
